ALL GOODS ARE SOLD "AS IS" and ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Condition reports as indicated by Auction catalog are not guaranteed and may vary in accuracy. It is the responsibility of prospective bidders to inspect the goods and decide their level of interest. Neither the auctioneer, nor the consignor, is responsible for the accuracy of any printed or verbal descriptions. All gold, silver, diamonds and gemstones are guaranteed. All weights and measurements are approximate.

A buyers premium of 18% is added to the purchase price of every item sold. There is a 3% discount for cash or pre-approved checks. The purchaser must also pay 7% New Jersey sales tax on the total purchase price, including premium. A state of New Jersey or out of state exemption certificate must be completed and be on file to be exempt from paying sales tax.

Any item damaged during the pre-auction preview must be paid for immediately, with the fair market price being determined by TIME & AGAIN AUCTION GALLERY.

The auctioneer may reject any bid not commensurate with the value of the lot. In the event of dispute between bidders, auctioneer’s decision is final.

Items may be withdrawn at any time prior to the offering of each lot.

Some lots may carry reserves, or minimum selling prices. This is a confidential figure set by the consignor and TIME & AGAIN AUCTION GALLERY below which a lot will not sell. TIME & AGAIN AUCTION GALLERY will exercise all reserve bids.

The highest bidder acknowledged by the auctioneer is the purchaser. In the event of a dispute, the decision of the auctioneer is the sole and final remedy.

The record of sale kept by the auction house will be taken as final in the event of any dispute. Videotapes will be used for confirmation.

The purchaser assumes complete responsibility for items at announcement of the word "sold".

TIME & AGAIN AUCTION GALLERY reserves the right to hold any or all merchandise until checks clear. The purchaser agrees and understands that all purchases must be removed from the sale premises, by the purchaser or their agent, on the day of the sale unless arrangements have been made and agreed to in advance with TIME & AGAIN AUCTION GALLERY.

As a convenience to clients who cannot attend a sale, TIME & AGAIN AUCTION GALLERY accepts and executes absentees bids on their behalf. Absentee bids are accepted on most items offered for sale. However, it is the buyer’s responsibility to comply with the first paragraph of these terms of sale.

Payment is due at the end of each sale in the form of cash, pre-approved checks, Traveler’s checks, credit cards (American Express, Mastercard or Visa) or Debit Cards. TIME & AGAIN AUCTION GALLERY reserves the right to hold all property until check clears. Potential buyers of expensive lots are encouraged to discuss payment prior to sale. A $25 fee will be charged for all returned checks. If a check fails to clear after second deposit, the purchaser will be held responsible for any and all fees incurred until we have collected good funds, including storage charges. Bad checks or non-payment of purchases will be prosecuted by TIME & AGAIN AUCTION GALLERY to the fullest extent permissible by law, and the names of offenders will be announced to the public and to other auction firms.

TIME & AGAIN AUCTION GALLERY reserves the right to advertise the selling price of any lot.
